MINDSET COACHING AND GOAL SETTING

Our mindset plays a HUGE part in achieving our goals. It can help or hinder us. Mindset coaching is a great way to tap into how your mind works, how thought patterns affect your behaviours and then learn to start using your mind to your advantage! Then, through effective goal setting you can reach where you want to be and realise your full potential!
I enjoy using NLP techniques alongside mindset coaching as the work so beautifully together.

NLP (NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING)

This is your toolkit full of techniques and tips to enable you to change your unwanted subconscious programming and to better understand the connection between your mind, body and lifestyle. This will allow you to remove unwanted habits, recognise familiar thought patterns and work through fears holding you back. NLP is essentially the techniques to allow you to get the results you want and be the best version of you!

HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy focuses a client’s subconscious mind and imagination to bring about positive changes to their thoughts, feelings or behaviour. Hypnosis is a very gentle, natural and relaxed process. This is the time when the mind is in its most focused and resourceful state. During this time any positive suggestions that you give to your mind will have maximum effect. We all naturally go into hypnosis on a daily basis, including just before we go to sleep and just after we have woken up.

EFT A.K.A TAPPING

EFT is the emotional freedom technique and involves tapping on various meridian energy points located just under the skin. The technique is based on Eastern therapies and is a non invasive, simple way to bring about positive emotional and physical changes.

MIND BODY CONNECTION

It is becoming more and more apparent that our mind body connection is crucial to our wellbeing. This is why I am passionate about helping my clients strengthen theirs so they can truly put their best foot forward. A strong mind body connection can help you to feel calmer, more resilient and in control.

BREAKTHROUGH SESSIONS

This is a one-off session for anyone who wants to stop smoking or eradicate a fear or phobia. This session lasts for up to 4 hours and uses a combination of life coaching, NLP and Hypnotherapy. These sessions are very effective at removing the issue altogether.
